Pet policy

Your furry friends are welcome to join you for a $30 per night pet fee. While we know pets are family, we unfortunately can not accommodate certain breeds.

We kindly ask that pets be crated if left alone in your room. Thank you for helping us create a safe, comfortable stay for all!

Reservation and deposit policy

When you make a reservation, you're committing to the full length of your stay. To secure your booking, please call us at (518) 307-6557 to place a deposit via credit card in U.S. funds.

Here's how it works:

  • Weekly reservations: $300 deposit

  • 1–3 night stays: 1 night’s rate as deposit

  • 4–6 night stays: 2 night’s rate as deposit

  • Each additional guest is just $10.00 per day, and children under 10 stay free. We love welcoming families!

  • Absolutely. We offer free WiFi throughout the property so you can stay connected during your visit.

  • Rates are based on double occupancy and may vary depending on availability and special events. If you’re planning a stay during a popular time, we recommend booking early!
